Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation any time before we dispatch the product. To cancel, contact us at info@mahendraspringtek.com or +91 99430 47307.

Once cancelled before dispatch, we refund the full amount, minus any applicable payment processing fees, within 5 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled outright. You may refuse delivery and return the item as per our Return and Refund Policy. Return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

3. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, regulatory reasons, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you and refund the amount paid, including shipping charges if applicable.

4. Modification of Order

Minor modifications may be allowed before dispatch. Major changes are treated as cancellations and require placing a new order.

5. Refund Timing

Refunds initiated due to cancellations will follow the timelines mentioned in the Return and Refund Policy.
