Shipping Policy

At Mahendra Springtek, we do our best to ensure your product reaches you quickly and safely. This policy explains our shipping process.
1. Dispatch Time
All orders are packed and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days of purchase.
2. Estimated Delivery
- Within Tamil Nadu: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Telangana, and Karnataka: 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Most orders arrive on time, but courier delays or unforeseen issues may occur. In such cases, please allow an extra 3 to 5 working days for resolution. Updates may be shared by email or phone.
3. Delayed Delivery and Refunds
If your order has not been delivered within 12 days of dispatch, we will issue a full refund, processed within 3 business days.
4. Address and Contact Information
Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully before placing an order. For changes before dispatch, email orders@mahendraspringtek.com or WhatsApp +91 99430 47307.
Once shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed, but we will try our best to help. Please allow up to 15 days for resolution if courier updates are required.
5. Delivery Attempts and Return to Origin
If delivery fails, the order will be returned to us. Once received back, a refund will be processed after deducting a Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,500 handling fee. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund.
6. Delivery Status
The status of your ordered products will be emailed after your order is placed and updated as shipping progresses.
7. Damages or Losses
If you receive a damaged package, contact us immediately so we can identify whether it is a transport carrier issue or a manufacturing issue. An unboxing video and additional pictures are required for damage claims.
