Return and Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence and love every product you receive. If something is not right, the return process below explains how we can help.
1. When Can You Return?
Returns are accepted only for the reasons listed below:
- Wrong firmness or feel of the product, based on the trial period.
- Aesthetic or stitching issue identified.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- You received the wrong product.
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return request.
2. Return Timeframe
You can request a return within 5 to 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible returns can be refunded or exchanged.
3. Product Condition
Returned items must not be physically or manually damaged by the customer.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued via GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or Bank Transfer.
- Once the product is picked up and reaches us, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@mahendraspringtek.com or WhatsApp us at +91 99430 47307. Once approved, we will share a drop-off or pickup process based on your location.
6. Processing Fee
A flat Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,500 processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount for the return process.
7. Timelines
Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the full return and refund process to be completed.
